QRT programs are designed for adults of all fitness levels – from complete beginners to those wanting more structure and consistency.
They’re especially helpful for people managing stress, anxiety, have low motivation, or returning to movement after time away from exercise.
Yes. Many participants start with little or no prior exercise experience.
All sessions include beginner options and modifications so you can move at your own pace.
Every workout includes modification options and low-impact alternatives.
You’re encouraged to listen to your body and choose the level that feels right for you on the day. You can also take advantage of 20+ years of coaching experience advice if you have any questions or need any extra assistance.
If you’re new or returning to movement, starting with 2–3 sessions per week is recommended.
As confidence and fitness improve, you can gradually increase frequency. Always consult your doctor before beginning a new exercise program.
Most QRT workouts require no equipment.
For comfort, we recommend:
- An exercise mat
- A sturdy chair (optional)
Some strength sessions allow dumbbells or household items, with alternatives always provided.
Yes. QRT sessions are designed to be inclusive and adaptable.
If you have injuries or limitations, we recommend starting with lower-intensity options and contacting us if you’d like extra guidance.
Always consult your healthcare professional before commencing any exercise program during pregnancy or post-natal recovery. Ross has completed pregnancy and post-natal training for fitness professionals and recommends attending live sessions where personalised guidance can be provided.
Mindfulness sessions are suitable; however, some breathwork techniques are not recommended during pregnancy.
Yes. All online QRT programs are designed to be completed anywhere, anytime, with minimal or no equipment required.
You can join by selecting a membership option and following the prompts to create your account. Once registered, you’ll have access to the QRT platform and recorded content.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Whatever package duration you are currently on, it will not renew after that finishes.

Active & Healthy Sessions (Gold Coast Community Classes)
QRT delivers exercise and breathwork classes as part of Active & Healthy program in partnership with the local City of Gold Coast Council.
Active & Healthy sessions are open to the community and are suitable for a wide range of abilities.
No prior experience is required.
Active & Healthy sessions are:
