Ross has been a fantastic mentor for my journey back to fitness. I am 64 and his weight training classes at Palm Beach were terrific. He is a warm and compassionate trainer, very knowledgeable too. Ross and Jane have awesome fitness training programs to suit all ages. I've been in their seniors class at Tugun twice a week gaining fitness and strength. It's busy with happy clients. Outstanding professional and great communicators. I highly recommend their personalised and group training whether it be through the app or in person at Palm Beach, Tugun or other. 🏃♀️🏋️♂️🧘♂️😀

I’m so grateful for the convenience and quality of these sessions! Being able to exercise from home with the 30-minute recordings has made such a positive difference in my routine. They’re the perfect length to stay consistent and accountable. My focus, energy levels and mindset have dramatically increased. I’ve also learned breathwork techniques that I now use daily to manage stress and stay grounded. A fantastic way to look after both your body and mind – highly recommended!
QRT presented a wonderful session for the close of our annual conference Ross and Jayne presented in a fun and entertaining way to conclude our conference and left our delegates feeling refreshed.
