Why We Do What We Do
Quick Results Training was created from both professional expertise and lived experience.
Ross’ own experience navigating anxiety and depression, alongside years working in health, fitness and education, highlighted a gap between traditional exercise programs and what people genuinely need when managing stress, mental health and busy lives.
Through consistent movement and an introduction to breathwork and mindfulness via Jayne, Ross experienced firsthand how simple, accessible practices can support recovery, confidence and long-term wellbeing.
Together, Ross and Jayne built QRT to share these practical tools with individuals, communities and organisations — helping people feel stronger, calmer and more capable in their bodies and minds.
