I have just begun the Quick Results Training program and I am proud to say my results have far exceeded my expectations. Physically I feel great, I have more mental clarity and I’m handling things much better emotionally. Historically, I have always gone for the occasional run and did undertake personal training within a group environment 1-2 times a week for a few years, however I was only receiving marginal results and my family suffered from me not being home after work. My kids are much happier as I found this online platform which allows me to undertake my sessions in the comfort of my own home, with the huge advantage that I can finish my workout sessions in under 30 minutes. We have a young, energetic son and a hectic work schedule that leaves us very little time to go to the gym on a regular basis. Ross and Jayne (the QRT team) helped me get my fitness back on track after neglecting it during those early years of parenthood. Ross knows his stuff better than most, and his sessions always challenged me and left me feeling a million bucks. QRT’s online approach works really well for us.
